There were several searches in 1940, "detailed and Intensive" searches as described by the British. These searches were only 3 years after the loss of Earhart. None of the supplies on the plane, that should and would have been removed before it supposedly sank was found then or since. Toolboxes, life raft, hatchet, ratchets, loads of tools and parts, multiple large gas cans,a huge list of items that a castaway would surely grab in the week before it sunk. They would have been necessary for survival. But not one item has ever turned up on Niku.. All that has been found is some old jars and reports of old bones that could have come from the shipwreck on the island. The Coast guard station that was on the island could have had these old jars. All these searches, some you have been part of, and not one identifiable part of the plane OR SUPPLIES on the plane, or any personal item from Earhart or her navigator. 23 years Tighar has been at this. So keep trying this excuse that not finding the plane doesn't mean it wasn't there. You can keep that scam going forever. I can say the same about the plane being on Canton island, or Mckean island or my backyard. None of those places have a trace of the plane or its contents either. Tighar is a joke, made to attract wealthy donors. If there were a plane, after 10 so called expeditions there, if Earhart was there, then something, anything, that could 100% be tied to the plane or Earhart would have been located. It was never there King. Look at more than just the missing plane. Look at the missing supplies, clothes, tools, that also have never been found. Those would not have been ground to sand on the reef. They would be on shore. Yet, no one has found a single item on this Atoll. The only items found likely came from the old coast guard station there or the polynesian village that was there for twenty years. Face the truth, You search old coast guard stations and old villages, you will find old jars and broken mirrors. That means nothing. You have to prove the Tighar/Niku Hypothesis by finding something identifiable to the electra, Earhart, or her Navigator. Very Sorry that you work for Gillespie and Tighar and have to repeat this nonsense. You know as well as anyone nothing identified to Earhart or her plane has been found. In 2001 you were asked on a Youtube video when would it be time to quit searching this island. Your reply was "when the money stops".
How true.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4456942074372321303.post-16874957440560093422012-11-17T04:04:53.383-08:002012-11-17T04:04:53.383-08:00Ah ha still eludes, and may always - but Dr. King ...Ah ha still eludes, and may always - but Dr. King makes very good sense.Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03594555669379173093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4456942074372321303.post-9097113321900586262012-03-23T14:35:30.448-07:002012-03-23T14:35:30.448-07:00One A-Ha moment, coming right up.
